No Insurance Coverage without an insurance policy
No insurance coverage can be bound and no changes can be made to your policy, new or existing, unless and until you have received an insurance policy from your Insurance independent agent or by the company.
Your submission of a completed form to us via this web site acts merely as a request for information – it does not constitute a binding coverage agreement until confirmed by the company or your Insurance independent agent.

Cancellation Policies
Users of this system can cancel or request cancellation of policies under the following conditions:
- Cancellation of the policy before the effective date (start of the term)
To receive a full refund, the users of this system can cancel the policy directly at our website, by log in into his/her account and making the cancellation before the effective date of the policy, or must request cancellation by mail email mail@mxga.com and/or fax 888-329-6942 and confirm the request for cancellation by calling to tel (972) 717-4959 on business days (Monday to Friday) and within office hours (9 am to 6 pm CST).
- Cancellation of the policy after the effective date (start of the term)
The first step to request the cancellation of a policy after the effective date (start of the term), is send the cancellation request to the email mail@mxga.com and/or fax 888-329-6942, writing the policy number, date of the cancellation request, contact information (name, phone number, email address) and explaining the reason for the cancellation. The request must be sent in business days (Monday to Friday) and within office hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST), from otherwise, your request will be answered until the next business day. MXGA, with the insurer, will analyze if the contracted policy may be subject to cancellation, and a response is given. In any case, we will take into consideration the number of the days elapsed since the effective date of the policy. If the cancellation is accepted, you must consider that there are conditions and restrictions depending on the type of policy contracted and the insurance company hired.
Currency Type and Refunds
All Mexican Tourist Auto Insurance policies and Mexican Aviation Insurance policies are expressed in US dollars. Cancellations of policies paid by credit or debit card, can take between five to ten days for the refund to show on the statement.
