HOW TO USE THE SERVICE

1. When you require the service in Mexico, call 01 (55) 5061-6211 and if you are calling from a public telephone or other telephone which can not call a local or long distance, call the toll-free number 800-365-2400 (These telephone numbers only work by calling when you are in Mexico).
2. Please have the following information:
*Your full name and the name listed as the beneficiary on the certificate.
*Your certificate number shown on the top left.
*Location of disabled vehicle , including any kilometer road number, city, state, nearest intersection and any sign or reference to help locate the vehicle.
*Description of disabled vehicle : year, make, model, color.
*Brief description of the fault or problem in the vehicle.
3. When the service provider requested assistance from reaching the place , you must file a certificate of attendance , and drivers license.
4. Will also be asked to sign for services rendered . You are responsible for paying the service provider charges higher than those set forth in this certificate. These charges are not refundable.

Note.- This certificate is not an insurance policy. The service is excluded when the person driving the covered vehicle is not identified as the Beneficiary and/or the owner of the vehicle. The beneficiary and/or owner of the vehicle will need to be present when receiving the service. There will be no refunds, when the expenses of the service is not authorized by GRUPO AUSA. Please read more details in the General Conditions.
